Astoe Technology Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellations
Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for services that have not yet started. Once work has begun, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of progress.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as agreed.
- There was a major defect in the service provided.
- The cancellation request is made before work has started.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom software development projects (once initiated).
- SEO and digital marketing services (if work has already started).
- One-time consulting sessions.
- Hosting and domain registration fees.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Customers will be notified via email.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, please contact our support team at astoetechnology@gmail.com. We will aim to resolve the issue fairly and transparently.
